Pre-Sales System Engineer – Middle East

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales System Engineer to provide technical leadership across our Middle East channel ecosystem. This role focuses on technical channel enablement, partner support, POCs, solution design, BoQ creation, and post-sales assistance to ensure successful adoption of our technologies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working closely with partners and end users. Regular travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Technical Enablement
  • Lead technical enablement for channel partners across the ME region.
  • Deliver hands-on workshops, product training, certification programs.
  • Ensure partners can independently position, design, and deploy solutions.
  1. Pre-Sales Support to Partners & End Customers
  • Support partners during customer opportunities including discovery and scoping.
  • Build solution designs, technical proposals, SOWs, and presentations.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure opportunity progression.
  1. Solution Sizing, Architecture & BoQ Creation
  • Create accurate solution sizing based on requirements.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and architecture diagrams.
  • Validate designs and ensure alignment with best practices.
  1. Proof of Concept (POC) Management
  • Lead and execute POCs and technical evaluations.
  • Define success criteria, deployment steps, and test plans.
  • Provide full support throughout evaluations.
  1. Post-Sales Technical Support (Partner & End Customer)
  • Deliver Level 1–2 support when needed.
  • Assist partners with configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with engineering for advanced issues.
  1. Channel Partner Engagement
  • Work closely with partners to build technical competency.
  • Participate in joint customer visits and workshops.
  • Follow up on active opportunities and POCs.
  1. Events, Trainings & Technical Presentations
  • Represent the company in partner events and webinars.
  • Deliver high-impact technical presentations and demos.
  • Support marketing with technical content.
  1. Travel Requirements
  • Frequent travel across the Middle East for trainings, events, and POCs.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 2–5+ years in pre-sales, system engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in channel-led environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in solution design, POCs, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Vendor-side experience in cybersecurity or cloud.
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CEH, AWS/Azure.
  • Experience with Middle East channel partners.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Account Manager to lead, grow, and manage our channel ecosystem across the Middle East. This role will focus on recruiting new partners, developing existing channels, driving pipeline creation, enabling partner capabilities (sales & technical), and achieving regional revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a strong understanding of cybersecurity, channel management, and Middle East market dynamics. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role with regular travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Channel Recruitment & Expansion

– Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners across the ME region.

– Build a strong ecosystem of resellers and strategic partners.

– Conduct partner profiling and due diligence to ensure long-term fit.

2. Channel Development & Relationship Management

– Manage existing channel accounts to increase revenue and engagement.

– Build structured business plans with partners.

– Conduct regular business reviews and growth planning.

3. Channel Enablement (Sales & Technical)

– Deliver sales and technical enablement sessions.

– Coordinate demos and workshops.

– Ensure partners can sell, deploy, and support solutions.

4. Pipeline Growth & Business Development

– Drive pipeline creation with partners.

– Support account mapping and opportunity discovery.

– Engage early in deals to accelerate progress.

 

5. Metrics, Forecasting & Reporting

– Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

– Manage quoting, deal registration, and order booking.

– Ensure visibility and accuracy of pipeline.

6. End-User Engagement & POC Support

– Support partners with customer meetings and POCs.

– Coordinate with technical teams for successful evaluations.

7. Target & KPI Achievement

– Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

– Achieve KPIs such as partner meetings, opportunity volume, POCs, and enablement sessions.

8. Travel Requirements

– Regular travel across the Middle East for partner visits, enablement, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

– 3–5 years of channel sales or regional business development experience.

– Strong understanding of cybersecurity or IT software.

– Proven partner management & revenue achievement.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Strong forecasting and analytical abilities.

– Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred

– Experience with security or product-led vendors.

– Existing Middle East partner network.

– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
